Alfa Romeo F1

Alfa Romeo is and Italian motor manufacturer and has competed in motorsport, both as a constructor and an engine supplier, since the 1950's. Alfa Romeo were best known for their engines as they were the engine of choice for many teams during the 1960's. Alfa Romeo teamed up with Bernie Ecclestone during the latter 1970's and secured 14 podium finishes including two race wins with Niki Lauda.

More recently, in 2015, Alfa Romeo returned to Formula 1 with a deal with Scuderia Ferrari cars. In 2017/18 Alfa Romeo agreed a technical and commercial partnership with Sauber F1. Alfa Romeo returned to Formula 1 as their own team, running with a Ferrari engine, in 2019 with a deal that saw Sauber being renamed as Alfa Romeo Racing Orlen. Current drivers are Kimi Raikkonen #7, Antonio Giovinazzi #99.
