2. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Gift card codes must be redeemed online at checkout.
4. Each gift card can only be used once until the balance is exhausted.
5. Gift cards cannot be combined with other gift cards.
6. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
7. We are not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address.
8. Expiry: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If an item is listed as signed, it is signed by the person stated to the best of our knowledge and belief. Where included, any Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or provenance details will be shown in the product listing.

UK Shipping (Tracked):

We ship all UK orders with tracking using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48. Larger or higher-value items may be sent via ParcelForce Tracked & Signed. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available on request (contact us for a quote).

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked or Tracked & Signed (where available). Delivery times can vary due to customs and local postal services. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Dispatch Times:

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by email once dispatched.
