Shipping & Postage Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pit-Lane Motorsport Memorabilia! We take pride in delivering your motorsport memorabilia safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your order will reach you.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer the following shipping options within the United Kingdom:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 –f Delivery by next working days for all eligible items.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivery within 2 working days for all eligible items.
  • ParcelForce Tracked & Signed – For larger or valuable items, ensuring full tracking and a signature on delivery.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – Available on request. Please contact us for a quote if you would like this service.

All domestic orders are sent with tracking so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

International Shipping

For orders outside the UK, we use Royal Mail services wherever possible:

  • Tracked & Signed – Available for countries that offer signature services, providing full tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Tracked – For destinations where a signed service is not available, we use tracked shipping to ensure you can still follow your parcel.

Please note: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs and local postal services. Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Times

  • UK Orders: 1–3 working days depending on the chosen service.
  • International Orders: 5–21 working days depending on destination and service selected.

Please note that these times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit if the tracking shows delivery.
For high-value items, we recommend selecting ParcelForce Tracked & Signed for UK orders or Tracked & Signed for international orders.
